Spring Division

  • Elastic Division

    Shop floor with end heating furnace, tapering and stamping machines.

  • Elastic Division

    Heated bars are coiled using CNC Coiling Machine.

  • Elastic Division

    Load testing is being performed using White Hardness Testing.

Rubber Division

  • Rubber Division

    Mixing is being conducted using the Rolling Machine.

  • Rubber Division

    Punching machine is being used for rubber cutting sheet.

  • Rubber Division

    Injection Moulding Machine used to create Metalastic Product.

ERC Division

  • Elastic Division

    Power Press 100 MT Machine is used to cut the rod as specified.

  • Elastic Division

    Walking Beam Furnace is being used to cut the heat rod.

  • Elastic Division

    Power Press 150 MT Machine is used to form the Elastic Rail Clip.
